Analog Verification Engineer
Atlanta, GA
When you join Silicon Creations you will work closely with other highly experienced analog and mixed signal designers in Atlanta and our rapidly growing team in Poland. You will rely on your knowledge of how analog circuits function at the transistor level to contribute to the development and optimization of high-performance designs, and help maintain Silicon Creations’ position as a leading provider of PLLs, SerDes, and other high-speed data interfaces
Daily tasks/responsibilities:
- Configure and run computer simulations of electronic circuits (using SPICE)
- Verify the designs of computer products
- Verify analog circuit designs such as SerDes, PLLs, etc
- Process and analyze the results of simulations in order to generate documentation of procedures and results
- Design and develop automated simulation environments
- Interpret all simulation results
- Prepare presentation for internal and external reviews
Education Requirement:
- Master’s degree or PhD. in Electronics Engineering.
The perfect candidate would have the following skills:
- Knowledge of electronic engineering (preferably microelectronics), in particular in the areas covering the company profile
- Knowledge of measurement techniques, instrumentation, mathematics, statistics
- Fluency in use and remote control of advanced laboratory equipment
- Programming skills, data analysis and visualization, instruments control (MATLAB / Python)
- Experience in design, assembly and startup of electronics systems
- Fluent English speaker (at least B2)
- Analytical mind, ability of effective troubleshooting, multidisciplinary skills
- Must be self-motivated and communicative, team-player
- Positive attitude to learning and self-development
